Joseph is a Certified Network Management Systems expert (IPMC) and graduate of the University of Education, Winneba.  He joined the Centre in September 2020, where he assists the department with all IT-related issues, primary management of the Centre’s library, monitors Zoom classes and assists students with issues pertaining to academic work.
