CSPS debates the e-leavy

Prof. Charles Ackah, former Director of CSPS, and Dr. Kwadwo Opoku, Research Fellow at CSPS, argue that the e-leavy goes against three cardinal principles of taxation -- equity, fairness and effectiveness--and recommend that it be dropped.
