The Centre for Social Policy Studies proudly honours Professor Stephen Afranie on the occasion of his retirement for his leadership, academic excellence and dedication to social development. 

Throughout a distinguished career spanning more than 3 decades, Prof. Afranie served with distinction as a Scholar, Educator and Policy Influencer. As a former Deputy Director of CSPS, his leadership expanded the centre's research capacity and deepened its impact on national and international development discourses.

Through his memberships, publications and public service, Prof. Afranie has inspired countless professionals and left a legacy of integrity and impact.

As he steps into retirement, CSPS expresses deep gratitude for his contributions to the Centre.
